Return Policy

Introduction 

At Bookys, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, you can easily return your order. Below, we explain how the return process works and what the conditions are. 

 

1. Return within 14 days 

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason. The return period expires 14 days after the day you physically receive the product. 

 

2. How to return a product 

Step 1: Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product via info@bookys.nl to register your return. Please include your order number and the product(s) you wish to return. 

Step 2: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging. Ensure the product is undamaged and unused. 

Step 3: Return the product within 14 days after registration to the return address we provide. Return shipping costs are at your expense. 

3. Conditions for returning products 

  • The product must be unused and undamaged. 
  • The product should, if reasonably possible, be returned in its original packaging. 
  • Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned, unless there is an error made by Bookys. 

 

4. Refund 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full purchase amount to your account. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. 

 

5. Exceptions 

Certain products cannot be returned: 

  • Personalized products, such as notebooks with your name on them. 
  • Custom-made or specially adjusted products. 

 

6. Exchange 

Would you prefer a different product? You can! Contact us via info@bookys.nl, and we’ll arrange the exchange for you. Please note that return shipping and the cost of sending the new product are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. 

 

7. Received a defective or incorrect product? 

If you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible via info@bookys.nl so we can resolve the issue. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement product as soon as possible.

Inleiding 

Bij Bookys willen we dat je tevreden bent met je aankoop. Mocht je toch niet helemaal tevreden zijn, dan kun je je bestelling eenvoudig retourneren. Hieronder leggen we uit hoe het retourproces werkt en wat de voorwaarden zijn. 
 

  1. Retourneren binnen 14 dagen

Je hebt het recht om je bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te retourneren. De herroepingstermijn verstrijkt 14 dagen na de dag waarop jij het product fysiek in bezit krijgt. 
 

  1. Hoe kun je een product retourneren?
  • Stap 1: Neem binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst contact met ons op via info@bookys.nl om je retour aan te melden. Vermeld je bestelnummer en welk(e) product(en) je wilt retourneren. 
  • Stap 2: Verpak het product goed,  in de originele verpakking. Zorg ervoor dat het product onbeschadigd en ongebruikt is. 
  • Stap 3: Stuur het product binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van de retour naar het door ons opgegeven retouradres. De kosten voor retourzending zijn voor eigen rekening. 
  1. Voorwaarden voor retourneren
  • Het product moet ongebruikt en onbeschadigd zijn. 
  • Het product moet, indien redelijkerwijs mogelijk, in de originele verpakking worden geretourneerd. 
  • Op maat gemaakte of gepersonaliseerde producten kunnen niet worden geretourneerd, tenzij er een fout is gemaakt door Bookys. 
  1. Terugbetaling
    Zodra we je retour hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd, storten we het volledige aankoopbedrag terug op je rekening. De terugbetaling gebeurt binnen 14 dagen nadat we de retourzending hebben ontvangen.  

     
  2. Uitzonderingen
    In sommige gevallen kunnen producten niet worden geretourneerd:
  • Gepersonaliseerde producten zoals notitieboeken met je naam erop. 
  • Producten die op maat zijn gemaakt of speciaal voor jou zijn aangepast. 
  1. Ruilen
    Wil je liever een ander product ontvangen? Dat kan! Neem contact met ons op via info@bookys.nl en wij regelen de ruiling voor je. Houd er rekening mee dat de kosten voor retourzending en verzending van het nieuwe product voor eigen rekening zijn, tenzij anders is overeengekomen. 
  2. Defect of foutief product ontvangen?
    Heb je een verkeerd product ontvangen? Dat is natuurlijk niet de bedoeling. Neem zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op via info@bookys.nl, zodat we het probleem kunnen oplossen. In dit geval vergoeden wij de kosten voor de retourzending en sturen we zo snel mogelijk een vervangend product.
