We strive to ensure that all products and prices on our webshop are accurate and up-to-date. However, errors or omissions may occur. Bookys reserves the right to correct mistakes and update prices or product information. 

All products are offered subject to availability. 

 

  1. Prices and payment

All prices listed on the website include VAT but exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise. 

Payments can be made through the payment methods offered on our webshop, such as iDEAL or PayPal. 

 

  1. Shipping and delivery

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 working days. 

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and depend on the shipping method and destination. 

If a product is out of stock, we will contact you promptly. 

 

  1. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. 

To exercise this right, notify us via email (info@bookys.nl) within this period. After notification, you have another 14 days to return the product. 

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. Refunds, including any standard shipping costs, will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

If you’re dissatisfied with our products or services, please contact us at info@bookys.nl. We’ll work together to find a solution. 

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Bookys guarantees that delivered products meet reasonable standards of quality and usability. 

We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of the product. 

The warranty is void if damage results from incorrect or careless use.

Welkom bij Bookys! Wij zijn blij dat je onze webshop bezoekt en gebruik maakt van onze producten en diensten. Deze Algemene Voorwaarden beschrijven de regels en voorwaarden die van toepassing zijn op jouw aankoop en gebruik van onze webshop. Door een bestelling te plaatsen, ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden.

  1. Toepasselijkheid
    Deze Algemene Voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle aanbiedingen, bestellingen, en overeenkomsten tussen jou en Bookys. Eventuele afwijkingen dienen schriftelijk te worden overeengekomen. 
     
  2. Het aanbod
  • Alle producten en prijzen op onze webshop zijn zorgvuldig samengesteld. Het kan echter voorkomen dat er fouten of onvolledigheden optreden. Bookys behoudt zich het recht voor om fouten te corrigeren en prijzen en productinformatie aan te passen. 
  • Producten worden aangeboden zolang de voorraad strekt. 
  1. Prijzen en betaling
  • Alle prijzen op de website zijn inclusief BTW en exclusief verzendkosten, tenzij anders vermeld. 
  • Betalingen kunnen worden gedaan via de aangeboden betaalmethoden op de webshop, waaronder iDEAL en PayPal.  
  1. Verzending en levering
  • Wij doen ons best om je bestelling zo snel mogelijk te leveren. De levertijd varieert meestal tussen 1 en 3 werkdagen. 
  • Verzendkosten worden apart vermeld bij de kassa en zijn afhankelijk van de gekozen verzendmethode en bestemming. 
  • Indien een product niet op voorraad is, nemen wij zo snel mogelijk contact met je op. 
  1. Herroepingsrecht en retourneren
  • Als consument heb je het recht om binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van het product zonder opgave van redenen de aankoop te annuleren (herroepingsrecht). 
  • Om gebruik te maken van het herroepingsrecht dien je ons binnen de genoemde termijn via e-mail (info@bookys.nl) op de hoogte te stellen. Vervolgens heb je nog 14 dagen om het product terug te sturen. 
  • De retourkosten zijn voor jouw rekening, tenzij het product beschadigd of verkeerd geleverd is. Wij storten het volledige aankoopbedrag inclusief eventuele standaard verzendkosten terug binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de geretourneerde goederen. 
  1. Klachten en geschillen
  • Mocht je niet tevreden zijn met onze producten of diensten, dan kun je contact met ons opnemen via info@bookys.nl. We proberen samen tot een oplossing te komen. 
  • Op deze Algemene Voorwaarden is uitsluitend Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland. 
  1. Garantie en aansprakelijkheid
  • Bookys staat ervoor in dat de geleverde producten voldoen aan de redelijke eisen van deugdelijkheid en bruikbaarheid. 
  • Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor schade ontstaan door verkeerd gebruik van het product. 
  • De garantie vervalt indien de schade is veroorzaakt door onjuist of onoordeelkundig gebruik van het product. 
  1. Privacy en gegevensbescherming
  • Bookys gaat zorgvuldig om met jouw persoonlijke gegevens. Wij verwerken jouw gegevens in overeenstemming met de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG).

  1. Overmacht
  • In geval van overmacht heeft Bookys het recht om de uitvoering van een bestelling op te schorten, of de overeenkomst te ontbinden zonder dat er een verplichting tot schadevergoeding bestaat. 
  1. Wijzigingen in de Algemene Voorwaarden
  • Bookys behoudt zich het recht voor om deze Algemene Voorwaarden te wijzigen. De meest actuele versie zal altijd beschikbaar zijn op onze website.
