The offer
We strive to ensure that all products and prices on our webshop are accurate and up-to-date. However, errors or omissions may occur. Bookys reserves the right to correct mistakes and update prices or product information. All products are offered subject to availability.
Prices and payment
All prices listed on the website include VAT but exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made through the payment methods offered on our webshop, such as iDEAL or PayPal.
Shipping and delivery
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 working days. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and depend on the shipping method and destination. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you promptly.
Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us via email (info@bookys.nl) within this period. After notification, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. Refunds, including any standard shipping costs, will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
