Shipping & Delivery

At Bookys, we do our best to ship your order quickly and with care. Below you’ll find all the information about shipping methods, delivery times, and costs.

Processing & delivery time

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after placing your order. All orders are shipped via PostNL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation (including track & trace).

Shipping costs

The Netherlands
Shipping costs depend on the total weight and size of your order:

PostNL letterbox parcel € 4.25
PostNL small parcel € 5.95
PostNL standard parcel € 6.95

Belgium
PostNL standard parcel € 8.50

Rest of E.U countries
PostNL standard parcel € 11.95

Lost or damaged packages

Once your order has been handed over to PostNL, delivery is carried out by the carrier. However, under consumer law, Bookys remains your point of contact until your order has been successfully delivered.

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of both the packaging and the item. Without this documentation, we cannot submit a claim to the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we will start an investigation with PostNL. This investigation can take several business days. During this time, no replacement or refund can be issued.

Bookys is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If PostNL officially confirms that a package is lost or damaged, Bookys will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Good to know

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
  • During busy periods (such as holidays), delivery may take a little longer.
