At Bookys, we do our best to ship your order quickly and with care. Below you’ll find all the information about shipping methods, delivery times and costs.
Processing & delivery time
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after placing your order. Orders are shipped from the Netherlands via PostNL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation including track & trace.

Shipping costs depend on the total weight and size of your order:
PostNL letterbox parcel € 4.25
PostNL small parcel € 5.95
PostNL standard parcel € 6.95
Belgium
PostNL standard parcel € 8.50
Other EU countries
PostNL standard parcel € 11.95
Lost or damaged packages
Once your order has been handed over to PostNL, delivery is carried out by the carrier. However, under consumer law, Bookys remains your point of contact until your order has been successfully delivered.
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of both the packaging and the item. This helps us investigate the issue and, where applicable, file a claim with the carrier.
The investigation may take several business days, and we will keep you updated throughout the process.
Bookys is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
We will work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and availability.

- During busy periods (such as holidays), delivery may take a little longer.
